Role Summary
We’re hiring Marketing & B2B Sales Associates with prior exposure to the Learning & Development (L&D) industry who are confident with client calling and B2B sales activities. This is an entry-level role offering structured training, client-facing exposure, and clear growth in sales and marketing.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct client outreach through cold and warm calling.
- Generate and qualify leads in the L&D domain.
- Build and manage B2B sales pipelines using CRM tools.
- Assist with digital marketing (LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing, etc.).
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for clients.
- Participate in webinars, sales meetings, and marketing events.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress.
Required Qualifications
- Final-year students or recent graduates (2024/2025).
- Minimum 1 year of prior experience in Learning & Development (mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in handling client calls.
- Self-driven, target-oriented attitude.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales and digital marketing concepts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship/project work in marketing, sales, or L&D.
- Experience promoting or selling training and educational services.
