Job Summary
We are hiring Marketing & B2B Sales Associates with prior exposure to the Learning & Development industry and confidence in client calling and B2B sales activities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct client outreach through cold and warm calling
- Generate and qualify leads in the Learning & Development domain
- Build and manage B2B sales pipelines using CRM tools
- Assist with LinkedIn and email marketing campaigns
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and client reports
- Participate in webinars, sales meetings, and marketing events
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress
Required Qualifications
- Final year students or recent graduates (2024/2025)
- Minimum 1 year experience in Learning & Development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in handling client calls
- Self-driven and target-oriented attitude
- Basic understanding of B2B sales and digital marketing
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or project work in marketing, sales, or L&D
- Experience selling training or educational services
